Football
St. Michael Football had a great 2025 season finishing with a record of 13 and 1. They were the 4A Region 1 Champions for the first in school history and outscored opponents 629-290. The Class of 2025 leaves St. Michael with a record of 36-13. Seniors Noah Moss, Brody Jones, Maddox Caldwell, Brayden Smith and Kamarjay Lavoie have signed to continue to play in college! Several players also received all Coastal and All State honors.









The St. Michael volleyball program enjoyed a successful 2025 season, finishing as area runner-up and earning a spot in the state tournament. The Cardinals excelled at the South Regional in Montgomery, defeating Indian Springs and American Christian Academy to secure advancement to the Elite Eight AHSAA volleyball championships in Birmingham. At the Elite Eight, St. Michael fell to the eventual state champion, Cherokee County.



The first year of Cardinals Flag Football was very successful! The team embraced the challenge of learning a new sport and competed at a high-level beating Elberta (32-0), Davidson (27-0), Bay Minette (13-7) and Satsuma (19-13). It was a year of firsts from electrifying touchdown runs and catches, interceptions, and FLAG pulls! Senior Dayla Anderson signed to continue playing in college after just 1 season! The team looks forward to building on their achievements as they return the majority of the team and hope to add several new players to the flock next season.

2026 was a good year for St. Michael Swim! Our teams competed well improving their personal records and advancing the team all the way to state competition. Our girls 200 Medley Relay PLACED THIRD in state and received medals! They dropped 0.54 seconds and swam a 2:00.65 which is an amazing PR and school record! Sara Garlock and Emma Sexton also placed in state competition in individual races. Coach Dudeck continues to keep this team in amazing shape and looks forward to the 2027 season.

This fall and spring the St Michael Sailing Team spent several weekends at regattas across the Gulf Coast. The fall season, the team did well and received an invitation to the National Championship race in November competing against 27 teams from across the country. They ended their season in the spring with the Fairhope Wet and Cool Regatta with a mid fleet finish. Congratulations to our St. Michael Sailors for working hard and sailing against strong competition. 

This season, our cheer team showed incredible dedication, spirit, and heart. From Friday night football games to the long basketball season, they were there every step of the way supporting our athletes and school community. Along with cheering on the sidelines, the team also competed and represented our school with pride and determination. Thierr hard work, teamwork, and positive attitude truly paid off, and they did a great job all season long.
